Our Service:
1. For agreed quality problem, free repair, exchange or credit will be offered by Seller.
2. If there is any quality problem, Buyer needs to declare and return the complained units to Seller within 10 days after
receiving.
3. The complained units must be returned completely new, that is without being styled, cut, nor worn.
If there is quality problem and returned styled, cut or worn, repair/exchange/credit can only be done at both parties’ approval.
4.Seller offers 3 month warranty,(exact NG Modle one month) if the hair replacement are worn and cared in the correct way.
